Privacy Policy

Overview

Birthday Calendar + (“the App”) is made by MobTouch. We designed the App to keep your birthday and anniversary information on your device. This policy explains what data stays local, what permissions we ask for, and when optional features may use Apple services you already control.

Data stored on your device

Events you create or import (names, dates, relationship notes, contact details you choose to save, wish history, and photos you attach) are stored in a local database and photo files on your iPhone or iPad. We do not require an account, and we do not operate a cloud account that receives this content by default.

Permissions

• Contacts — optional. Used only when you import birthdays from Contacts. We do not upload your address book to our servers.
• Photos / Camera — optional. Used when you set an event photo. Images stay in the App’s on-device storage unless you include them in a backup you start.
• Notifications — optional. Used for local birthday reminders scheduled on your device.

iCloud backup (optional)

If you use the App’s backup feature, a copy of your events and photos can be written to your personal iCloud Drive container for that App. That backup is stored under your Apple ID using Apple’s iCloud service. MobTouch cannot read your iCloud backups. You can delete backups from the App or from iCloud storage managed by Apple.

Analytics, advertising, and selling data

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not sell your personal information. If we add optional analytics in a future version, we will update this policy and App Store privacy labels before that change ships.

Children

The App is a general-audience calendar utility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a cloud service operated by us. Event data you enter about family members remains on your device (and in optional backups you control).

Website

This marketing website (birthdaycalendarplus.com) is a static informational site. It does not require a login and does not collect birthday calendar contents. Your browser may send standard request logs to our hosting provider (for example Vercel) such as IP address and user agent, which are processed under that provider’s policies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
